SMS / Text Messaging Program

Our SMS program allows users who opt in to receive text message notifications from Urban Designs. The details of the program are as follows:

Program description: Urban Designs sends notification and reminder messages — including follow-up reminders, event reminders, and staff notifications — to users who have opted in.
How to opt in: You opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, or by enabling SMS notifications within your account.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and the reminders you create.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Optional: Enrolling in text messages is entirely voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not required to use the Urban Designs CRM or any Urban Designs service, and is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Urban Designs and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability
